How long do I have to wear space maintainers??
Usually you have to get space maintainers for premature loss of baby teeth. but I have already lost my baby teeth & i am getting them b/c i have lost 3 teeth in the back but not the very back. my dentist told me that my very back teeth can fall over or move forward. Therefore I am getting space maintainers. How long will I have to keep these on since I won't have another tooth growing in? Does it hurt to have them put on??
Please, help me. I'm soo scared.

I had five taken out, and none of it realy hurt.
Mostly its like a dull ache which isnt pleasnt but common painkillers do help.
Don't worry about it all you have to remember is to watch what you eat and rember to brush thouroly.
How about how much money did you pay for cometic dental work?

Anyway, im not entirely sure, but if u r talking about wot i think u r, no it doesnt hurt 2 have them put in. Ive had sumthin that sounds similar, & it didnt hurt.
U shudnt have 2 wear them that long, but i cant tell u exactly. It depends on your teeth really. I had 2 many teeth so had some removed & then space invaders put in for about 1 or 2 weeks 2 spread them out.
