Answers:
Wisdom teeth, also called third molars, are often impacted and need to be removed surgically. If left in they can cause irritation of the gingiva (gum), excellerated decay of the second molars, crowding of teeth, etc. To answer your questions:
1. No, your bite won't be effected if you have your third molars removed. In fact, if you don't have them removed, it CAN cause a lot of crowding and problems with your bite.
2. Yes, it is necessary, usually, to take all four.
3. I've never heard of dentures or implants for third molars. Generally, people don't have enough room in their mouths, and that's why they are impacted. There isn't enough room for them to grow in.
If you have doubts, you're always free to get a second opinion. Ask your surgeon to make a duplicate of the panoramic and see another surgeon. But, I bet you he or she tells you the same thing.
Sounds like your wisdom. There is really no need to keep them, especially if they are impacted. After having them out you should be fine. Chances are there will not be space for them and they will cause more problems.
