I brush my teeth when I get up in the morning. I brush after every meal. I brush before bed.

Maybe that's why I have healthy gums and clean white toofers with no cavities! LOL
HECK YES, at least TWICE.less is disgusting unless your 1-2yrs old without many teeth...even then you should brush their gums! (unbelievable, just like people that don't wash their hands after the restrooms YUCK!)
I brush every morning and night. I have really sensitive teeth so I have to. But I know tons of people who only brush in the morning and do just fine. Go figure.
You know it's a really good habit to brush your teeth twice a day.
As for me because I have braces in my teeth I always brush my teeth after eating.
So don't worry... It's better to brush your teeth than to suffer from mouth diseases.
i brush my teeth twice a day. it is good for your teeth. but i think if your teeth is not well your should ,at least, brush twice a day. and green tea is also good for your teeth and health.

two is the minimum, without a bedtime brushing, particles are likely to sink in the decay pockets in your teeth, causing further damage.
