No, ulcers have been proven NOT to be caused from stress. They are from a specific type bacteria build up. Brush your teeth over and over and itll get rid of them quickly... Works for me :D

Yes it can, stress is the main cause of ulcers. What is weird with me that i have finally realized throughout the years is that, I am heavily stressed and i don't get cold sores on the lips but at the corners of my eyes making it look like i have pink eye. I get this once a month, and I know it is not from dirtiness. There is nothing i could really do about it. Try to do some activities that is not stressful and get a lot of sleep because lack of sleep is a major factor in stress.
