Iodine saltwater for tooth infections?

Question:
I'm getting antibiotics for my tooth infection tomorrow. But until then, can I use iodine saltwater to cleanse it? Or do I have to use sea salt water? I don't have any sea salt, but I have table salt. Is that okay?

Answers:
Per the American Dental Association you should use a half a teaspoon or salt (sea or table) per an 8 ounce glass of warm water. Hope you are feeling better!

Yes it is okay, bacteria don't like salt environment because they pop up by saly solution.
