YES, BUT SALT WORKS MUCH BETTER. IT HAS A SLIGHT ABRASIVE ACTION AS WELL AS BEING A DISINFECTANT TO TEETH AND GUMS!
YOU SHOULD EXPERIENCE A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE WITHIN A WEEK, OR SO.
NO LONG-TERM ADVERSE EFFECTS FOR EITHER BAKING SODA OR SALT.

Baking soda .. and peroxide.Yea,it works.Takes a few days.Good for breath too.No,no damage to teeth.Might tingle the gums thoe.lol.
