Try brushing with baking soda. And I've heard reports that strawberries can whiten your enamel, too, although I haven't tried it.

If you cut a strawberry in half and rub it on your teeth for about 10 min. it will whiten them.
Also, you can use baking powder, just whip it into a paste using water and brush your teeth with that. Only use this solution once or twice a month though.
get a cup and put a capful of hydrogen peroxide in, then two capfulls of water in the same cup. DO NOT SWALLOW if you swallow the cupfull call your doctor. Swish it in your mouth for as long as youd like. it gets rid of coffee stains and gives a dazzling smile
Peroxide is actually the main ingredient in Crest White Strips. You can hold a capful for Peroxide in your mouth- do not swallow- for like 10 minutes & that will help.
here is a tip, before u begin to brush your teethe, Get a big gulp of water in your mouth, rinse it inside, and then start to brush your teethe!!
that way, it makes sense, think of it like washing a car, you would rinse the car with water, add soup, use a brus, and clean it

ya...i use crest whitening strips. u can get them at costco for like 40 bucks and the box comes with some whitening toothpaste.all you have ta do is brush ur teeth twice a day with the tooth paste and wear the strips twice a day for half an hour and u only need to do it for ten days according to the instructions.
ive only been using it for three days and my teeth already look whiter...good luck!
