since you will be put to sleep, it won't hurt during the procedure. but afterwards, yes it will hurt. but not excruciating pain, it will just hurt a little. be brave! (:
It doesn't hurt when you're asleep or when you wake, only a few hours afterwards

i am 11 but havent had that yet.listen if they put u asleep you are going to be just fine.You'll see.I mean you will be taking a nap and when ur done they will give ur a soda or a poscicle.It will be so good afterwards even though you might be soar
I had braces and NOTHING scared the crap out of me more than the dentist, even having heart surgery was second! But trust me, the more you freak the harder it's going to be. Just deal with it and get it over with as soon as possible, it's really the only way OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PEACE!!

i have had many surgerys where they put me to sleep.
And you dont feel anything untill you wake up.
And it wont hurt that bad.

I had 2 moles on my head that the doctor said could turn into cancer if I left them too long. So I was AWAKE the whole time he took both of them off. I got to watch the knives the needles the scisssors and everything. I got that when I was 10. I'm 11 now. It was quite scary seeing and hearing and feeling it all.

Just remember it won't hurt much because you'll be asleep. And the doctor will probably give you some medicine to help it feel better afterwards. I got 4 (not ready to come out) teeth pulled out once, and they didn't even numb me up. Ugh I hate the dentist.
It's OKAY to be scared. I was crying in both the expieriances I listed and I was all right. My blood pressure was as high as a double diamond ski jump. I'm still alive! But remember it's OKAY to be scared. This is new. This is different. This is frightening. Be brave! Good luck!
