After removing crest whitestrips do you rinse?

Question:
After removing the crest whitestrips, do you need to remove the gel left on the teeth or do you have to rinse?

Answers:
Gently brush off the gel with toothpaste or just plain water. It will not give you any more benefit if you leave on longer. Also, don't brush your teeth before (the residual toothpaste will block it from working effectively) and don't drink or eat anything dark for 1/2 hour after (coffee, tea, dark cola, wine, dark juice) etc. Also its a good idea to drink thru a straw.

Hope that helps!

Well yeah, just leaving the gel on for longer than it needs to be is pretty nasty. I rinse it with water and I'm done.
