I have surgery tomorrow, i can't get any sleep, will it affect the surgery or anesthesia stuff?

Question:
i have 3 surgeries all together tomorrow: orthognathic surgery (where they crack the upper jaw and align it,) deviated septum surgery (its for the nose wall,) and the extraction of the wisdom teeth. i can't get any sleep, will it affect the surgery or anesthesia stuff? thnx

Answers:
No, in fact you'll get plenty of sleep during surgery ;) Just dont eat or drink anything until AFTER the surgeries and you should be fine.
I only had one of those surgeries done (Wisdom teeth extraction) And I couldn't get a wink of sleep in the night before. The only thing I noticed is that it was easier to fall asleep when they put the anesthesia in.
you should be OK, you probably can't sleep because you are nervous about tomorrow. good luck.
um i dont know but have a safe surgury!
no i always stay up late on surgery nights doesn't do a thing to me or the afect of the surgery
wow. im glad im not you. ouch. if your worried about the drugs working, dont be. the doc will make sure your in the twilight zone b4 operating. as for sleeping... forget about it...
no you will just go under faster. don't worry about it and you will be fine...
no don't worry about it

most likely you will get a pre med before your opperations to calm you down and relax you

then you will be put under

good luck with your surgeries everything will go fine =]
