In the back of my mouth next to a a top right tooth is almost like a hanging bubble type thing. I can kind of push it around with my finger and tongue it doesn't hurt either. Does anyone know what this could be? I am also 17

It sounds like you have a tooth that is infected or abcessed! You might want to see a dentist soon if it is infected you need antibiotics right away! Dont want to mess with that close to your brain---seriously I have been in the dental field for 16 years! Take care and good luck!
