Can a tooth still be extrated if it is small & get a crown over it?


The dentist keeps clich¨¦ it will be a difficult extraction and seems approaching nervours cuz the tooth is scaped and tiny, but can it still be done? & without too various poblems.

I don't see why it should be a problem since they have specific instruments for different extractions. He/She might be worried roughly upsetting the other teeth.
