Why do my teeth hurt?

I have be using the crest white strips and i think it hurts because i newly starting using them. ANyone else who has have this problems please answer this: Does it eventually stop hurting or is it just going to get hold of worse? And is there anything i could/should do to give a hand stop the pain???

Also, call your dentist and see if he/she can telephone in a prescription for fluoride gel for you (Prevident). This will give support to with the sensitivity. If you do not enjoy a dentist you need to be swishing beside ACT or Fluorigard to reduce the sensitivity (the prescription fluoride is much more effective). Are you brushing back you whiten? If you are, this could increase sensitivity.
