What happens when wisdom tooth grows towards another tooth?

what happens?

i have a wisdom tooth growing out. But it seem to head to the tooth nxt time it. And its very close to it. Will i have to extract it?

Will the tooth beside it be safe, cos they are really close together?

simply this wisdom should be extracted cause it'll distruct the tooth next to it.
the other tooth will get very very wise
