How much does a dental crown typically cost?

Question:

Answers:
I just got a full gold crown, which is pretty much the best you can get. I paid $725 for it. That price does NOT include the root canal. I work for an endodontist so I got that free. Porcelain crowns are almost as expensive as gold. If it is not a baby tooth, don't get stainless steel. Those are very thin and will tear the heck out of your gums.
depends on the dentist. around 1,000 is normal.
depends on which tooth, you can expect around $1600 for a molar, from experience! (porclean)
My last one cost $900. That was 8 years ago.
I have two crowns. I believe it set me back $1700.
An Arm and a Leg.
