When wisdome teeth are growing is it possible to be blue on the spot were they are coming up?

Question: is it sopose to be blue on the spot were they are growing not exeactly blur but kinda dark coler

They can be. They have ruptured a blood vessel and you are seeing a bit of clotted blood just under the mucosa. Don't worry.
