My bottom teeth..?

Give it a few days to get better. It's hard to describe but your teeth have tiny ligaments that hold them to the bone, hold the gum to them, and hold the gum to the bone. Sometimes if we bite down real hard and it "wrenches" the tooth too far you might stretch that ligament and it gets sore for a few days. Worse case scenario could be a root fracture from a really hard "wrenching". Watch the gum in that area and keep checking for the discomfort to go away. If it lasts a week I would go to your dentist for an eval and x-ray.
Well, see when you add really hard pressure to your teeth it feels like it goes down more into your gums. That happened to me a lot of times. I would just see what happens after a week or 2 and if it still feels weird then go to your dentist. And you might have bit down too hard adding a lot of pressure to your teeth to where they are down more into your gums just a little bit but you can't see. If it continues for a week or so then i would visit your dentist.
You probably bruised or strained them down in there.
