Hi! This is usually done by a periodonist and will cost by each area. Some Drs will charge 350.00 or more I/4 of the mouth at a time. If you are under 35 this can be avoided by good hygiene and 3 professional cleanings a year. Just my thoughts. Don't get even consider surgery until you try a deep cleaning for one year.
