Usually, one would get a 4yr degree in a life science then apply to a dental school. Contact Univ. of Pacific in Stockton, CA. They have some alternative programs for dentistry and pharmacy. Very expensive...Good luck.

Excellent grades...A BA in Science (I think), and another 4 years of Dental School.
To becoem a dentist to go to dentistry school. Your local community college may offer some courses and then you can transfer to a major university to get your BA. Some dentists specialize on orthodontics as well.

P.S. dentist make 100 grand a year while a orthodontist make 300 grand and only tells his workers 2 put on braces
