Since sunday or monday my throte has been hurting me. But then a day later my gums near my back molars started to hurt. Now i cant chew food or eat. Then later a small white dot would show up on the gum. I dont know if i need a anti biotech medicine. But right now i cant go to the doctor because my husband didnt leave our records at the docs office.
Tylenol cold and Nitequil does not work.

You may have an infection that is traveling through the nerves of your glands- there isn't much you can do other than see a dentist asap if nothing else just get an opinion- you don't need to see a doctor, I would see the dentist instead- if white dot showed on the gum, this indicates infection.
Try gargling and rinsing your mouth with lukewarm salty water, as salty as you can manage, every couple of hours. Another idea is to suck antiseptic throat lozenges. You've obviously got an infection so painkillers are less important as they don't heal you, just mask the symptoms.
