What's the best way to white your teeth 5 or more shades?

Question:
I don't want them to re-stain easily afterwards, that's my only thing.

Answers:
There is a teeth bleach brand (not a toothpaste) I used called Platinum Whites. it is as good as the stuff the dentist would give you but instead of paying 300 bucks. its only 20 bucks. i dont work for them i just used it and it worked great. in like a half hour my teeth were really white. its a good deal. it isnt nationwide yet though
Veneers
Brush your teeth with the best kind of tooth paste, rinse your teeth with listeren or whatever you perfere after a meal or snack. (or brush your teeth) and if you have the money you can get those crest white strips i heard those work pretty good.

Hope it helped =)
Hydrogen Peroxide on a Q-Tip. Put it on your teeth and let it set for awhile. Do it several times a day. Don't swollow it and make sure you rinse your mouth out really good.
I agree with Mike!
I use the same toothpaste. I love my coffee and since I started using, Platinum Whites toothpaste my teeth are whiter (in a 3 month time of brushing twice daily) ;-)
The best way to whiten your teeth is using those white strips you get from the store however I will warn you that they will make your teeth sensitive so you should but sensodyne that does everything except whitening. And just use the strips every night when you go to bed. And continue to use sensodyne so you wont be in so much pain.
