Answers:
Get thim. I am in the process of getting my braces. Sometimes it hurts and is annoying but you just have to think of he end result...a beautiful smile! Getting braces will boost your confidence and your self-esteem. One of the first things someody notices about a person is their smile.
The way I told my parents was I wrote them a letter. Even though we live in the same house and see each other everyday I knew that if I did that they would respond to it really well. They did and now I will be getting my braces on in a couple of weeks. Just talk to your dad. See if you and him are on the same page. The reason why he probably hasn't talked about it is because he might think that you don't want them. Just tell him. Go for the braces, they will change your life and make you look a thousand times better and talk to your dad. I'm sure he will understand. Good luck!! Hope I helped.
Get braces. Your smile is very important in life and teeth are part of it. Although I do not judge people by their looks, It is sad to see someone with unstraight teeth. With straight teeth you can lessen potential problems with gums and impaction among other things. Go ask your dentist to help you.
yes you should. you should say dad i want to get braces. and you should tell him all the reasons why, you should tell him in a way that he could relate to. i hope it works out for you, good luck!
Just say "Dad, I want braces godammit!" The sooner you get them, the better. Just remember that when you get them out, always wear your retainer!
Yes, braces are definitely worth it. They are annoying, of course, but after that a life time of perfect smiles await. I'm 14, and I just got my braces off. I was amazed at how great my teeth look. As for telling your father, it shouldn't be that hard, just tell him you think you want to get braces! Good luck!
better put on braces.. Just smile and be sure your dad see your teeth.. If he said nothing.. then just open up the topic.. remind him that he once said or mentioned about putting the thing on..then if he would still be willing to pay the expenses and so on.. i think he'll understand.. you better do it now.. It takes a long while to fix teeth..
