Have you heard of antibotic inplants for tooth infection ins doesnt cover, why not script for antibotic?

I was told that a antibotic script would get thru my entire blood system, I also think the inplant will do the same. I think the dentist is trying to sell more services and not being truthful. Has anyone had a similar procedure successfully?
