This is nasty but I need help!?

Question:
I KNOW someone else MUST HAVE experienced this before. Has anyone ever...like...coughed up these little stinky balls of plaque from your throat? What are they and how do you prevent them?

Answers:
They are gross, aren't they. THey are called tonsiloths. Quite common.
the following site has loads of info including what they are and prevention.

huh?
Go to the doctor!
use a tooth pic every night to scrape off the plaque on your teeth and floss regularly
Are you sure its plaque? You might have an infection. Infection fluids smell bad too.

But see a dentist ok? And a doctor for that matter. it doesn't sound normal.
that's really grouse!!
Yes, I know what you are talking about! I think it means you need a good cleansing. Try fasting for a few days and drink plenty of water. You also need to purify your system. It's toxic build up that you are experiencing. At least that was my problem. I ate tons of leafy greens (raw) and took EmergenC powder. This stuff is great! you can find it in any drugstore and you put it in a glass of water. It really helps your body eliminate poisons and also re-hydrates you. It has lots of vitamins and minerals your body may be lacking.
Do a good cleansing and you should feel better!
Also, get a deep tissue massage to help loosen any toxins in your glands and soak in a hot bath of mineral salts.
Hope this helps. I know, it's kind of gross! But it's your body telling you that you need to clean house!
It's called phlegm and everyone has it but it's a lot worse if you smoke.
