There's a possibility that she could check out some free clinics. They're not the nicest places, but for folks who just cannot afford regular insurance, it's a help. She could also look for low-income dentists who accept payment plans. She could start with her city government and go from there.

Does her husband have insurance for the dentist i think that she maybe can go to get free insurance tat infection is bad ir go to a free clinic and get medical and get some antibiotic i'm pretty sure that they will give it to her

She really needs to have a root canal done. The only other option would be to have the tooth extracted. Root canals are not cheap. She should see if there is a dental school near her and if so then she can have them work on her for alot cheaper than going to see a dentist that is out of school already. She should also see if there are any free clinics in her area and they can give her some antibiotics to help clear up the infection which will also buy her some more time. The infection will come back though. I hope that this is helpful and I hope that she starts to feel better soon.
