How much 2 see an orthodontist in uk for my ceramic braces adjustment every 8 weeks? & is it hard to get in?

I'm getting the braces in australia and then coming to the uk for 1 year. Will I be able to get in to see an orthodondist for my adjustments easily? And how much do they charge in the UK?
