Answers:
1) Natural unprocessed food is the best e.g. raw fruits, vegetables.
2) Brushing up/down tooth by tooth all surfaces after meals; flossing all teeth ; no mouthwash.
3)Ask a reliable friend or ur General practitioner.
1.) foods that are not too sweet or the ones that stick to your teeth like caramels. those are no no.

2.) i always chew sugar free gums.

3.) check with your local dentist or bring a friend with you to make you feel comfortable.
I chew sugar free gum with whitener(orbit, eclipse) and also my toothpaste has whitening in it. I normally make sure i get the front of my teeth, the top, and behind them and especially the parts right around my gums. And to find a proper dentist ask people you know with great teeth, then research them online. Hope you can achieve a great smile!
