What is the salary like for an oral surgeon?

Question:
what's the annual salary like for this profession, on the East Coast in the US? where can I get more information.

MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY

Answers:
My first thought when I read this was that you work for an OS, would like a raise, and was told there was no money.

My second thought was that you're interested in persuing a career in Oral Surgery...

While the income for the OS is high, so is the overhead. So if you're looking for a raise, and not getting one, you may need to look at your performance, or lack of.

If you want to become an oral surgeon, get through dental school first before you decide to become a specialist. You may change your mind.
judging by my bills, i'd say their salary is pretty damn good.
Perhaps check out the ADA or call an OMF surgeon and ask them. Tell them you're interested in getting into the field and ask what kind of information they can give you, like how much schooling they had, etc.
