I think you should keep it, because we are too focused in life with our imperfections and not focused enough with the fact that your imperfections are what make you perfect. Don't change little things like that. They're unimportant. Plus, I bet it looks cute. =)

Some dentists might consider placing a veneer or closing the gap with white filling material.but...that means changing the surface of the tooth, and if there's no decay, then there's no sense in compromising the tooth's structure.
