I just got invisalign and I have a really bad lisp now... Will that ever go away?

Probably. I have regular braces and they put some things on the back of my lower front teeth and I had a lisp for a while, but then it went away.
it's kinda like a retainer, after a while you'll get used to talking with it
yes eventually it will go away. Youre tongue just has to get used to having the retainers in.
The lisp most likely will go away once your mouth becomes accustomed to the invisalign.
