Does anyone know anything about bumps on the inside on the lower jaw.?

Question: I have these on the inside of the lower jaw below my eye teeth. It looks like there are extra teeth on the inside of the jaw and these bumps are quite hard. Neither of my parents have them bit my uncle does. According to his dentist they are quite rare. He was told their name but neither of us can find any information about this on the internet.
