What do i do!?! i have a cold sore and it really hurts. school starts in 7 days! HELP D: please !

I recommend that you rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. Do this several times a day. It will kill the bacteria in your mouth. You should be back to normal in a couple of days.
