Dental schools in Canada for teeth implants?


Question:
This sounds silly but I am so desperate to get teeth implants I am trying to find out if there are any dental schools anywhere in Canada that use "volunteers" such as myself when they are learning how to do teeth implants. I am willing to let a dental student do teeth implants on me. I know the procedure is very expensive so I am offering for them to use me as a guina pig as long as I get the teeth implants. Silly question but I am serious about it. Thanks, any advice welcome!!

In Ontario there would only be U of T in Toronto or Western in London. I suggest googling dental schools to find out where your closest one would be
