I don't know why you need a metal, or a wood toothbrush, but i think they don't had anything like that exist in the stock market, except regular brush but not toothbrush!
In ancient times, people would take a small reed and cut the top inch of it into small strips that would stick off of it like large bristles to clean their teeth with. Wierd but true.
have you tried using your finger.
Why would you want/need one.
I am sure there is some out there the thing is you would need to get one where you can replace the brush part. I mean you wouldn't want to use the same brush form now on that would be kinda nasty. You might try the sharper image catalog they have odd things like that. just go to their website and look around. It's kinda a cool site.
