Are top and bottom retainers sore getting on and just in general plz tell me to help me.?

Question:

Answers:
Not sore at all just tolerate them so your teeth do not go cricked again.
soreness should be at its minimum, unless the orthodontist made the retainers too tight, then your teeth might feel some kinda of soreness.
I had retainers fitted literally 4 days ago and within a few hours my gums were fine.

I should point out that the retainers I have don't appear to be the typical contraptions of plastic and metal but are a plastic moulded to the shape of my teeth that just slips over them.
