How do you get rid of canker sores?

Question:

Answers:
I use to get them all the time and finally I read that some people are allergic to their toothpaste or atleast one ingredient (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate).

I started buying Jason's Natural Toothpaste (without Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) and I have not had a canker in 1 year. I use to get them monthly, sometimes 2 or 3 a month. I was always in pain and suffered while eating.

Buy this toothpaste and give it a try. Try it for atleast 2 months and hopefully this helps. Good luck.p
Time is the only cure.
Salt, Salt, and more salt. 'Nuff said.
I like to rinse my mouth with a mixture 50% listerine/50% hyrodrogen peroxide. If you don't have either salt water helps.
Drink a lot of tea.
There's no medical cure for canker sores yet, so it's very hard to deal with it. It'll heal up on it's own in one-three weeks time, but having good oral hygiene and finding remedies that can speed up the healing can really be useful.
