Ive have a tooth infection for 3 years immediately but have little niggle few days ago & after go, why is this?

Does that mean the infection is not serious? i will gain ma tooth extracted next Tuesday but till afterwards i am on antibiotics, but in these 3 years i didnt even spy anything, i did have a short time pain every 6 months during midnight few days ago but thats be only for a few mins, wud i be capable of last a week? what are the probability of me having toothache within the next week?

Answers:    The antibiotic should prevent a toothache. All infections are potentially serious, especially close to the brain. Getting the tooth out, if it's not restorable, is your best odds. Good luck!
Your jaw have been slowly falling away from your skull - it's almost at hand now hence the antibiotics - truly jaw-dropping.
