Any over the counter toothpaste with fluoride helps prevent decay as does over the counter fluoride rinses like ACT or Fluorigard. A dentist can prescribe high concentration fluoride toothpaste or rinse is you are decay prone.

If you are referring to a toothpaste, i will recommend you Maximum Teeth Whitening. OraMD is good too in killing bad bacteria that cause tooth decay.

4)Using a sealant - It is a plastic material which is safe to use and is applied on the top of the chewing teeth the molars and the premolars.
