Chipped Tooth?

I chipped my tooth the other day--it was the drastically tip of the top left incisor. By looking at it, you can't report to that anything is wrong, but I noticed it when I brushed my tongue over it and it feel slightly rough/sharp. Is this serious and what should I do about it?

Answers:    It doesn't nouns very serious within your case, but I would enjoy a dentist look at it just within case. He may know how to fix it if it bothers you. My son chipped two of his teeth a few weeks ago, and we took him to see the dentist straight away after his accident. His situation be a bit more serious, though, because there be a lot of bleeding involoved, and the in one piece side of the front layer of his tooth be gone. The only item that seemed to verbs the dentist was if the impact have destroyed some of the nerves, which could lead to a "dead" tooth. Luckily that didn't appear in my son's armour. The dentist plans on fixing his teeth shortly. It's amazing what dentists can do nowadays.
