What can i do to prevent my gums from bleeding while brushing in the morning.?

Answers:
I am going to take a stab at the reason and say it is gingivitis.
Gingivitis is the inflammation or infection of the gums caused by buildup. There are two kinds of buildup, soft sticky plaque (and when that hardens) that turns into tartar, which is hard like cement. If you haven't had a cleaning you should see your dentist or hygienist for a checkup, xrays (if needed) and a cleaning. During the cleaning the plaque and tartar will be removed. Although you can remove plaque at home flossing and with brushing 2-3 times a day the tartar cannot be removed by you because it is too hard and often inaccessible. You must get rid of this infection or it can evolve into periodontal disease, which is when the bone surrounding your teeth begins to breakdown. Dental (mouth) health is directly related to a healthy body...Hope that helps!

Dont brush so hard...
Use a soft toothbrush and don't brush so hard. If you're gums continue to bleed, you may need to see a dentist to get something to rinse your mouth out with.
If your gums are bleeding then you are probably either not brushing often enough or you're using a brush with too hard of bristles or brushing too hard. Try improving on any one or more of these things and see if it helps. If it doesn't then you may need to see your dentist for gum disease. I used to brush too hard with too hard of bristles. My gums never bled, but my dentist noticed damage and told me to improve on those things.
On the top set of teeth brush DOWN only. On the bottom set only brush UP. This stops bleeding and is the best way of cleaning them.
Brush lightly.
Keep on brushing, they need the stimulation.Eventually they will harden up.
Use a softer bristle toothbrush and brush more ofte, the bleeding probably means that your not brushing as often as you should. If the bleeding continues consult your local dentist.
actually brushing ur teeth with soft brush will prevent bleeding but may be it is due to scarcity of vitamin c in ur body
use colgate active salt toothpaste and firstly consult a Dentist for the best care of your gums and teeth
Bleeding gum is a disease. Please consult a dentist.
If, it bleeds daily, that indicates that you have got a chronic gum problem.
Use brush with soft bristle and brush gently. Include foods that ae rich in Vit.C(Citrus fruits and juices). Same time do not forget to consult your dentist for an opinion.Take care.
Apart from soaking your soft tooth brush in water for some time, use a little common salt and mix in a drop or two of mustard oil. Gently rub on your gums till all of it drips down. Then rinse your mouth with water. Repeat this twice a day. Your gums will become strong.
If you have gingivitis then the only solution is for you to keep brushing lightly even though the gums are bleeding. Eventually it will stop and your gums will return to normal. I know it's weird to keep brushing when you see bleedings but this is the way to reverse gingivitis, by cleaning it properly. Also try to avoid alcohol and tobacco for a while and use a soft brush...
If you're not flossing at least once a day your gums will bleed. Once you start, it takes about 2 weeks for the bleeding to stop.
Apply clove oil on the gum and the place between the gum and teeth after brushing every day in the morning and night. Bleeding from the gum should become less.
Don't Brush to hard and chage your toothbrush to a softer one and make sure the edges aren't sticking out.
Bleeding of gums is a result of lack of Vitamin C.Eat citrus fruits.
well, my dentist told me to scrub vertical, (up and down) instead of horizontal, (side to side). because it wears your teeth out and makes them bleed.
brush your teeth twice a day, use soft tooth brush, change brush every 3 months, get your teeth cleaned by the dentist every 6 months
