My gum are growing near my bracket help?

how do i make it swell down my orthidost said that i am taking them off next month but my gum r growing next to my bracket is there anyway i can get my gum to swell down in a month and what should i do to do that

I am having the same exact problem with my braces, and everyone keeps telling me that the swelling is normal, and that since the teeth are moving from an original position our gums have presure, but damn if i knew i was going 2 suffer this much i dnt think i would've put on braces in the first place. supposely mine get off by december. But im afraid 2 try the warm salt water thing, what if that makes it worse? just dnt worry maybe at the end of this hell whole with braces, the swelling goes down. im scared that it wont.

gargle with warm salt water or baking soda and warm water

That is what i was going to suggest, warm salt water just as many times as you feel you can do it in a day.
I have a molar band that is near my gum but they can get it off with no problems im sure. I wouldn't worry.
