yes white strips work. I use crest. dont know if thats the same as urs though. And although whitening does not appear immediate or anything , if you follow the directions, you'll have white teeth. and depends on how yellow your teeth are in the 1st place, it could take up to more than one box.
um i have no clue but you could look it up on google.com and say do listerine dissolving whitening strips really work? and you might find an answer I'm sorry i didn't have a better answer...

I know the Crest whitening strips work. I have not heard or seen the Listerine strips in my area just yet (may have to look harder next time I'm at the store). The over the counter stuff works. It will take longer then if you went to your dentist and had bleaching trays made so you can bleach at home. The stuff the dental offices have is stronger and is a different whitening agent then you buy at the grocery store. But, either way will work. Over the counter is definitely cheaper.
stop using spin in your chop and your teeth won't stain in the first place :)
