Answers:    Sounds like an infection! Don't hang about!

Never self medicate antibiotics. Some antibotics will work for certain bacterial infections, but not others, & taking the wrong one might not lone not cure the infection, it may cause you to be resistant to it next when you need it for the type of infection it be made for.

Plus, you should NEVER have disappeared over antibiotics. They prescribe you a dose that is needed for the infection involved & you should give somebody a lift it for the duration of the prescription (ie...until it's gone!) Stopping can cause your infection or the microbes in it to mutate into germs or strains that also become resistant to the drug that would normally cure it, & it become useless. They always let somebody know you, "take adjectives this medication, do NOT stop even if you feel better" near is a reason for that.

Get yourself to the dentist. he may probably transport you to an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed. Do not loaf. Teeth & gum problems can actually organize to & cause other potentially fatal heath problems beside other areas of your body.

Get help & dutiful luck!
You could have a tooth that have impacted, burst from the pressure and yes it could be infected. Go to a dentist, do not self medicate, ever!
