If hydrocodone is not helping, any over the counter is not going to help. You need to see a dentist, you likely have an infeciton over the tissue above your erupting molars. It is called pericorinitis. You can look it up. Go to the dentist, he/she will make you feel much better and get rid of the infection.

Unfortunately, all you can do is take some advil, if you can't afford to see a dentist at least go see a doctor for some pain meds. (Unless you have to pay to see a doctor too!)
Nothing helped me, until I spoke with a dentist...I had to have all 4 of mine pulled, but he prescribed me a very low dosave of vicodin and that helped with the pain until I had them pulled.

as for the dosage my husband has bad teeth problems its the only thing that helps except clove oil and it burns really bad at first and then your mouth waters really bad and dont last as long as ibuprophen hope you feel better
