What the blinking heck are you on about! lol
you dont have to know the names your teeth to go to the dentist. The front ones are called "front", then are your canines, then molars, then wisdom - I'm sure your dentist will be impressed ;-)
from the from to the back are as follows
incisors
canines
pre molars
molars
wisdom
STARTING AT THE FRONT WITH INCISORS, THEN CANINES, PRE MOLARS, MOLARS AND FINALLY WISDOM TEETH, BUT YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW THE NAMES, ANY PROBLEMS THE DENTIST WILL SOON FIND THEM..
I have found the below website which will give you all the information you will need. However, I don't think it will be necessary for you to know all the names. Your dentist/or doctor would not expect you to have such knowledge. Good luck.

Well the ones at the front which are flat are called the incisors.
The pointy teeth on either side of the above are called the canine teeth.
Then after that you have pre molars and molars which are the big chunky teeth.
Hope that i was helpful.
the standard way dentists call teeth is numbering them from the centre so there upper and lower left and right and 1-7 (8 is a wisdom tooth) centre is 1 then two and so forth to the back. this is a easy way to get across your information
Here is a complete picture with all the names.
