Is it safe to use Teeth Effect bands?

Well, from what I heard, they do work but it's only temporary. Like one week or something like that. Plus you go through months of pain just for your teeth to go back to to normal days afterwards. Not only that but it's ridiculously expensive just for rubber bands that you could get at a store for like a buck.
My personal opinion is that it would be wiser just to go to a dentist and get more permanent results. It may not be as cheap as those rubber bands but going to a dentist is safer, more effective and longer lasting. Oh plus, not as much pain and if there is pain involved, they have drugs lol.
The options that you have from your dentist would include braces, veneers/crowns, bonding and a few other options that I can't think of at the moment. It's something you should talk to your dentist about. It won't be cheap but at least you can guarentee good results (assuming you have a trustworthy dentist) where as the rubber bands is only going to be pain and temporary results. I am personally am going to be investing in cosmetic dentistry sometime this year. In the end it's up to you but I don't htink you should do it. Anyway, good luck :)
