I have no job and no money and a very painful and infected tooth. What can I do?

Where do you live?
In UK, you can go to the local dental hospital for emergency treatment free of charge.
In the meantime, keep it clean as you can, frequent warm, salty water mouth wash.
You will probably need a painkiller like paracetamol to dull the pain.
You really MUST get some treatment somehow.
I can assure you that the alternative is excruciatingly painful and will reduce you to tears or madness. I went the whole hog when out in the woolly wilds and nowhere near medical help. I went through the initial pain, then the abcess and swelling, then the oozing pus, then the loose tooth and then after weeks of agony, the tooth got loose enough to pull it out.
That may not be the end of it because, if the infection is in the gums, it will just jump to the next healthy tooth and do it all over again until you loose most of your teeth.
I'm sure there must be some free clinic in your area. I would just walk into the nearest clinic and ask where you can get free treatment. You never know, Santa may be smiling on you and they'll maybe feel sorry for you and give you a freebie!
Get a job, get some money and go see a dentist.
CHECK WITH A DENTAL COLLEGE IN YOUR AREA.
ever seen the movie castaway?? just kidding.
you need a DENTIST!
What city do you live in? If there is a teaching Dental school nearby, such as UOP or UCSF in San Francisco, you can go and have the students work on your tooth for free or what you can afford. They are students and are learning, but of course there are qualified dentists instructing them all the way.
swill your mouth with some salt water worked with me once if your in uk ?? phone nhs helpline they will put you in touch with someone in your area nhs dentist still have to see u even if your not registered with them !!
The old string and door knob comes to mind, but you are probably better off going to your local hospital. If it is truly infected it can become a medical issue, not just dental. Have them pull it. Sorry, but with no insurance, no money, and no job it is about the best advise I can offer.
