Is it true that you shouldn't consume dairy after experience teeth extractions? If so, why?


What are some good foods to get through?


Answers:    If the extractions are recent you may want to eats soft foods and rime cream is a wonderful soothing food for after extractions. I have never hear of staying away from dairy products for teeth related reasons. The calcium is great for teeth and some inborn milk proteins are being formulated into some of the newer toothpastes on the bazaar to help next to sensitivity issues~~~

I have be in Dentistry for 52 years and I enjoy never heard of any nouns between dairy and wisdom teeth.
Good food are to numerous to document. A good diet will consist of Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats, also fruits and vegetables and adequate water to stay hydrated.
