Answers:
if your pain tolerance is high its not so much pain really... it only hurts when you are already eating and using your teeth... but the process does not really hurt at all...just like anything it takes getting used to it the first time after like 3 days the most the pain is gone...
Depends on what part of your body u r trying to expand.
i dont even know wat a expander is
i had one and its like a 2 i wouldnt worry about it
i got my expander when i was 14 and it hurt... a lot! if they put u too sleep (lkike they did to my sister) then it wont hurt at all until afterwards! when i got it, they just gave me some numbing stuff! it hurt like a 9 or 10! it hurts a lot! but it paid off!
i never had an expander but my friend did and she didnt have too much trouble with it. everyone is different though. some people have a higher tolerance for pain than others do. except she said eating any type of bread was annoying because it would get caught in it. i dont know if you already have braces or not but i did and those DO hurt for the first week or two. my teeth felt loose and it was hard to bite into or chew anything. good luck!
