My eye teeth are up higher than the rest of my teeth?

Question:

they grew in when i was about 11 years old. it seems like my upper jaw was too small to fit all my teeth in a straight row. i was just wondering how common this was, or if there was a certain name for it. also, will braces fix this problem? how much will it cost?

my teeth do the same thing. I got that when i was 11 too and right now im 12. Okay I am currently going to the orthdonist and they said it was partly because i have a same palette in other words mouth. they gave me spacers which looked like little rubber bands at first and then metal ones, they didnt really hurt. it made more space for my teeth so they werent over lapping. Now i have a palette expanders and one of my 2 eyeteeth already dropped down and is in place, the other one is on its way. i might not need braces now because the palette expander worked wonders! Well with the braces,palette expander,spacers, and retainer,it came to like almost 5,000 dollar. But i go to the best orthodonist around my state so its gonna be more expensive there then anywhere else. GOOD LUCK!

sounds like what I had about the same age. I had braces put on but did not need them more problems result from having braces than needed.
you could get one of these invisulaine retainers, my eye teeth came into place with 6 months

I have the same problem. I just got my braces on Tuesday and they are killing me but I know it will be worth it. Braces will fix the problem. Mine cost about 4,000 dollars, but I have some crowding on the bottom as well. You just need to see an orthodontist to see what they recommend.
